TIME IS A WONDERFUL THING
Time is a wonderful thing!
It changes things as it moves along
The shapes of clouds,
The location of people,
And the state of their minds!
When the time comes for total sadness,
A smooth slowing down of the spirit,
An acknowledgement of life's uselessness and futility,
The overwhelming question, "WHY?"!!!
The diversions that float around us,
In half visible clouds, shifting, changing,
Laughing and crying to us,
Structureless and formless nothings!
Some people claw at God for meaning,
Other cling to any momentary diversion,
Books, T.V., love, sex, drugs, money,
Any convenient dream or imagining.
Awareness of their inherent nothingness,
Corrodes the spirit and allows for misery!
But time is a wonderful thing,
As we can become stuck inside a moment,
By living in, for, and by the moment,
We become aware of the joy of being!
And obtain emotional elation,
From those nothings, which in the Now,
Through some magical mystical transformation,
Becomes Everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
