Intense feelings of Love, Friendship, Attraction
Streaming through my being as emotions erupt!
Pulse, blood, thump, thump, faster and faster
Invigorating my breathing and my hormones
Oozing salty tears from eye's moist membranes
As sentiment floats upon cerebral pools.
On the right side the heart nurtures care.
Concern, empathy, harmony, with the other;
Selfless, Egoless, Blameless, Shameless Devotion.
Inspiration from a beloved reflects back
Allowing affinity- a soul stirring euphoria,
Perpetual charm- all consuming to cherish.
Tender adore is beamed though all life's emanations.
On the left side the heart is possessive!
Craving the essence, the rapture- for self!
Ego laden blame, clutching and grasping for more.
Rays of love and delight are refracted inward,
Sensations of jealous ecstasy savored selfishly!
Consuming infatuation is buried to fester within.
How the divided heart diverts direction!
Confused by thoughts in sentimental sway!
Swirling chaotically- constriction causing delirium.
Vomiting, excreting, sweating, crying, bleeding,
I am balancing on a thin thread of rationality;
Jumping into the abyss- clinging to reason's bungie cord!
